How do you make your cold brew?

We can’t give away all of our secrets, but it’s traditionally brewed - over 16 hours ‘soak’, and then through a multi-stage filtration process that leaves a zero-oil coffee at the other end. The oils, while lovely in a traditional Espresso, are detrimental to flavour and shelf-life as well as appearance.

What we can say is that we don’t use any ‘normal’ method for filtration - traditional methods like cross-flow or sterile filtration strip the coffee of flavour, colour and mouthfeel.

We’re also proud that we don’t use RO or Reverse Osmosis water. Mineral content is important in the extraction process.

What is the caffeine content of your Cold Brew?

Our caffeine content has been tested at 1360mg per litre for Solus, 900mg per litre for Ready-To-Mingle.

What is the Shelf-Life of your Cold Brew?

All of our products are pasteurised, and have a shelf-life of 12 months.
